They are ideal for residential or commercial hand-washing sink applications. The model must be carefully matched to the flow rate of the sink for proper operation. Mini tankless water heaters heat water instantaneously and endlessly at 99% efficiency as it flows through the unit. Unlike tank water heaters, they save energy because they have no stand-by energy losses. The sleek, small design allows installation with the unit visible. Venting is unnecessary.
